Blake comes from a family of actors, and is the daughter of actors Ernie and Elaine Lively.
She made her film debut when she was 10 years old, playing the Tooth Fairy in Sandman, an indie production directed by her father.
In addition to acting, Blake has also performed with a National Championship Show Choir.
