Koyal Rana Photoshoot - Winner of Miss Teen India 2008 ? Koyal Rana is from Delhi and a student of St. Thomas High School in Delhi. She won the Miss Teen India 2008, a beauty pageant sponsored by TVS Scooty. She was one of the contestants of Miss Teen International 2008, a teenage pageant for girls in the age group of 13-18 years. She represented India at the Miss Teen
