My First Experience Of One Of The Items From One Of My Blogs

/ On : 2:33 AM/ Thank you for visiting my small blog here. If you wanted to discuss or have the question around this article, please contact me e-mail at herdiansyah hamzah@yahoo.com.
First of all, I think I had best apologise for not having written anything on here in quite some time now. I'd love to provide a valid reason for this, but I really just can't. I suppose I've just been running low on ideas and motivation. I'd like to say that was going to change some time soon, but I highly doubt that it will to be honest, but what can you do?

So, anyone who reads or has read my blog might know that I've done a few blogs entitled "10 Things That I Wouldn't Complain About If You Bought Them For Me". The specific blog I am referencing is the second one. The item in question; #9, the Pac-Man Alarm Clock.

I'll warn you now, that this is actually a fairly short and somewhat pointless story, but I'm gonna just go ahead and tell it anyway.

This weekend just gone, it was my Uncle's 40th birthday so we drove to Stalbridge to go to his party. It's about a two hour drive, including stops, I think, so we were planning on staying at his house after the party and leaving the next day after dinner.

It was decided that I would sleep in my cousin's room, whilst all of the kids would sleep in 'The PS3 Room'. My cousin's room basically has one of those bunk beds with a bed at the top and a shelf and the remains of a futon at the bottom, so I was on top bunk.

I suppose, all of the information before was slightly irrelevant, but I'll continue. We basically went to this party, and as I didn't know anyone I ended up stood around drinking quite quickly and ended up being quite drunk so I decided to leave fairly early. I got back to my Uncle's and went pretty much straight to bed, falling asleep.

This is now the part where the alarm clock comes into play. I'd like to point out, that I had previously noticed the clock on the side as I recalled writing about it, but hadn't thought anything of it. 6:50am, cue Pac-Man.

I wrote about being scared shitless by it, but I never imagined it would be that bad! The alarm starts, I sit bolt upright, nearly hitting my head on the ceiling. I genuinely nearly had a panic attack. Then I tried to lean over to turn it off, bearing in mind I'm still groggy because it is 6:50am, and nearly fall off the bunk bed, knocking the alarm on the floor, where it promptly stops WAKAWAKA-ing.

Needless to say, I couldn't get back to sleep and I have never woken up so terrified in my entire life.

What kind of 12 year old sets their alarm for 6:50am anyway?!
