I saw a couple of other people had done this, and I thought it was a pretty cool idea, so here we go!
Well considering I'm somewhat of a 'quirky person', you'd think I was laden with quirky items. Surprisingly, I've had a fair amount of difficulty finding enough quirky items to fill this list! In no particular order:
1. Plaster Face
This is a face made out of solid plaster. I got it from the D.T. department at Churston because they were planning on throwing them all out. I really liked it. But then again, I'm the sort of person who wants a mannequin just hanging out.
2. Nintendo Entertainment System
This was my first games console and they seem to have become a little bit trendy in the last couple of years. There are a few of the 'must-have' games that I don't own but I do have two controls. I think I must be one of the few people who like NES who actually owns one. It's a little hooky but when it does work, I have a riot of a time!
3. Miracle Jesus Action Figure
This was a gift from Ricky for Christmas. I've taken it out of the box and messed around with it (I made him fight Raphael from TMNT, he lost - so much for Son of God) but I generally keep it on a shelf in my room. Much fun was had.
4. Gameboy Camera
I got this when I first got a Gameboy. It came with the printer and a bunch of the little sticker rolls, but I'm not sure where the printer is and I haven't had the rolls for years. Pretty low quality pictures but it's a nice little gimmick. You could use the printer to print out pictures from your Pokedex on the GB games too!
5. Deck Chair
I think you probably know how much I love deck chairs. I mean I wrote a blog about them! This one is mine, I got it from a late night run in down Paignton Seafront where we found a bunch that weren't tied up and I suppose you could say we live by the "finders keepers, losers weepers" despite being almost twenty.
6. Military Jacket
Well this one doesn't need explaining. I wear it all the time and I love it. I'm currently missing a button (bloody police) and am having trouble finding a new one. It's getting a little worn out but I still love it.
7. Jeremiah Weed Jar Glass
I stole this from Wetherspoons. They were just so cool that I had to have one! They unfortunately don't come with a lid though, which is somewhat of a bummer. When I drink energy drink out of it, it looks kind of like some one has just done a piss in a jar.
8. Drawings Of Me
I keep a lot of random things given to me and stick them up and stuff. The first one is a picture Rob drew of me at college. I don't know what to think of it either. The second is a picture that Kim's boyfriend, Tommy, drew of me having a little accident. "Ruddy Hell" is so me! I think what made it better was Kim's constant promising of bringing it out but forgetting. I believe you still have a hat to eat.
9. 16th Birthday Card from Dan B

I love this card so much! I like that rather than just making pictures of balloons, he actually bought balloons and wrote the letters of my name on them! And true to his word, he did have them when I went round. I think this was the best birthday card I ever got, it stays at the top of my big notice board!
10. Nintendo 64
This is easily better than your ridiculous 360s or PS3s. The games are actually creative and fun rather than brown and laborious (yes, I'm talking about the consistent churning out of FPS games, mainly COD - YAWNZ). The controls look bad ass and they remind me of a simple time. Plus there have been so many good times around Doogal's house with Mario Party and Pokemon Stadium!
11. Orapa T-Shirt
This one won't mean much to many people but I'm sure the memories will flood back for Jamie (and any one else who may read my blog who went to my Primary school)! We basically had a school 'band' in which we played African instruments called Marimbas and we played in a competition in which we wore these. I kept mine and if I do say so myself, it's a bloody great fitting shirt!
12. Dymo Label Maker
I love this thing so much. I label literally everything! I use it in band posters. It's on my guitar case. It's on two of my guitars. It's on my phone. We use it as our bloody band logo! The only problem I am finding is that no shop anywhere stocks the red one! Plus the tape is so expensive and I have run out. Sometimes I hate how cruel this world can be.
So there we have it! Here are some of my quirky-ish items!
I'd just like to point out how big a fucking pain in the ass blogspot has been tonight. It says I posted this at 00:11, but it has taken me until fucking 01:14 to fucking get everything to be in the right place, and to stop EVERYTHING being in fucking bold. I am not a happy bunny. At all. But anyway, my bed beckons.
